Founder of Foundation Business Solutions.
Lisa Adams is the founder of Foundation Business Solutions and brings more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Business Operations. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations of all sizes, helping them attract talent, strengthen processes, improve employee relations, and create solutions that support long-term success.
Beyond her professional work, Lisa is passionate about serving her community. As the proud daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, she understands the value of service, integrity, and building meaningful relationships. She is actively involved in her church, supports the Veteran community, and is dedicated to animal rescue efforts.
Lisa helped establish and operate an animal rescue organization and thrift store, helping raise funds and support efforts to provide care and find homes for animals in need. She was also the founder of OKVETERANS.com, a resource dedicated to supporting Veterans, Veteran organizations, and community partners.
Lisa believes that strong businesses and strong communities are built on a foundation of service, trust, and meaningful relationships.
